Welcoming a new One Q team member

We are happy to introduce you David Lagoa Garcia who recently joined One Q as Technical Support Engineer at our Service Desk team.

With more than 10 years of experience in IT, technical support and system administration in large corporate networks of EMEA and LATAM regions, David is ready to support our partners in Spanish.

Here at One Q we do really believe that improving our client support is of a big importance. Extending our service window (now open from CET 08:30 – 20:00) and supplementing our fully dedicated service desk team is strengthening our Service Desk to a great extent.
